Michigan Farm Bureau customers with roadside coverage

Michigan Farm Bureau customers who carry roadside coverage on either their business or personal Farm Bureau Insurance auto policy and need roadside assistance will have aid dispatched to them and service administered. 

• Towing – If you have emergency road service coverage on your policy, a dispatcher will arrange for your emergency road service (towing, flat tire change, battery jump start, emergency fuel/fluid delivery and lockout service). Farm Bureau Insurance will be billed directly. The auto policy covers towing anywhere up to 15 miles OR to the nearest place of repair up to $300. Any services rendered over the $300 limit is the insured's responsibility to cover. 
• Glass – A glass call representative will work with you to arrange an appointment to have your glass repaired or replaced.

Michigan Farm Bureau members without roadside coverage

Michigan Farm Bureau members who do not carry roadside coverage on either their business or personal auto policy will be given three telephone numbers of service providers in the area where your vehicle is disabled. It is the responsibility of the member to arrange for the road service, as well as pay for any services rendered.

Emergency Roadside Assistance

Emergency Roadside Assistance now offers customers the opportunity to select roadside services outside the program and submit the invoice to the agent for reimbursement, subject to policy limits.
