Teaching the Importance of Ag

Bringing young, bright minds into the agricultural world early is key to long-term acceptance and understanding of the industry’s importance. Michigan Farm Bureau’s Center for Education and Leadership Development works with students at the elementary level culminating in a collegiate-level membership program designed to create a lasting relationship with agriculture and Michigan Farm Bureau.

County Promotion & Education

Michigan Farm Bureau takes ag-focused promotion and education seriously. From County Farm Bureau efforts like Project R.E.D. (Rural Education Day) and county fair activities, the Promotion and Education arm of Michigan Farm Bureau is led by a state committee with representation from each of Michigan Farm Bureau's 12 districts, active P&E committees can be found within county Farm Bureau organizations across Michigan.
