Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan has been recognized in the just-released 2021 “Insurer Report Card” conducted by CRASH Network. Of the 75 insurance companies receiving a grade, Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan ranked among the top 5 in the nation with an overall grade of A-.
The “Insurer Report Card” grade and ranking is the result of data collected from more than 1,100 collision repair shops around the US. CRASH Network’s research includes relying on these businesses for feedback on auto insurance companies they interact with on a regular basis. The grade provided is based on factors ranging from policies, to attitude and payment practices. The top grades are awarded to companies that demonstrate a foundation that best ensures quality repairs and customer service for their insureds.
“We believe the ‘Insurer Report Card’ and (this) grade/rank has value for consumers who may not have a strong basis to understand how different insurance companies handle auto claims,” said John Yoswick of CRASH Network in a statement provided to Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan upon the release of the organization’s 2021 rankings.
“Body shops see those differences on a daily basis, and the ‘Insurer Report Card’ offers the collision repair industry an opportunity to recognize companies like yours that they see outperforming others. This in turn can help educate consumers who may otherwise be choosing an insurance company based solely on price or brand recognition rather (than) the type of exemplary claims service your company offers,” said Yoswick of Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan’s service. “We appreciate the chance to offer drivers some insights into which insurers, like your company, raise the bar a little higher when it comes to handling claims.”
